+9 is a pain but it can work if you do it right The only issue is trying to run waves 7+8 or 8 I have used Waves in Reaper, Waves 7,8 and now 9 and I have never had a single issue. Is your clock date set wrong? check that please as that has been the problem with licence issues I haven't removed the plugin because 1 in about 50 time it loads and the project plays fine so it seems to me there is not really a problem so much with the plugin.ДЇirst things first I need your OS, 64 bit? 32bit?ДЄnd if you are using ASIO and what Waves version you got running, is the licence center running? Right click my computer click manage in under services is the Waves licence center running? I'm sorry but I don't really get what you mean by point 2. Thanks for the ideas.ДЇirstly, v9 Waves plugins no longer use the iLok for registration. Did you try to remove plugin, and load v9 version for each track? This is necessary since they all load the same dll, and governed by a parameter which one each instance is.Д¤. Did you 'clear the cache and rescan' Waves plugins.

There are some settings regarding this.ДЈ.

I would try running it within Reaper realm as well as separate process to see if any difference. Otherwise have you chosen anything specific for plugins, running in a separate process or similar.

I don't run anything with hardware locks now, but tried Syncrosoft stuff once(to run Cubase demo) and there were a separate install of drivers for that.Дў. Somewhere there is a base of drivers for the lock. I would check if there are any updated drivers for iLok. There doesn't seem to be a lot of people experiencing this and therefore the troubleshooting is not too happening. I was directed here by Cockos support because they had no solution.
